Our goal is to help creators & educators monetize the demand for their exclusive content & time, while discovering the best prices. Auctions are not new. Ebay, Tabao, QVC have been hosting online auctions for more than a decade. But unfortunately, the same system that delivered optimum prices for products & leveraged demand to create urgency: have not been extended to creators & educators that create digital products & provide value via their content & time. Our goal is to provide a platform that allows creators & educators to launch their own private auctions: as a way to monetize their exclusive content & time. This combined with live streaming will allow creators & educators to amplify their distribution, engage their audience & monetize their most engaged followers.

It starts by setting up the creators/educators’ items for sale. This is what users will bid on. Brodly, this could be access to content, time & communities. An example, could be a 1:1 interaction, exclusive streams, private discord/whatsapp communities. We have also seen creators auction off digital art- so the possibilities are limitless.
Now creators/educators are ready to launch their auction. The auction is where their subscribers can come & start placing their bids.
Once a subscriber/fan places a bid, creators/educators have the option to accept or deny the bid. When they accept the bid they get paid, minus a 10% transaction fee & the purchaser gets access to the content.
A creator/educator can also set a automated price increase. Eg. If you set a price increae of 20% that means if the last accepted bid is 100, the floor price for the next bid is 120 & so on.
Once the auction is successful, the creator/educator can launch another auction.
