Responsibilities
- Managing a team of sales representatives
- Setting & achieving targets of creator onboarding
- Building a strong sales pipeline
- Generating pitch collateral like email templates, pitch templates, and decks whenever required
- Understanding the creator's pain points and requirements, pitching the right features to address them, and building a relationship
- Achieving growth KPIs & reporting them on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years' prior industry-related business development/ sales / content partnerships experience
- Preferred: If the candidate has worked in the creator or content sector
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
Skills:
- Must know the local language and English fluently (Reading, Writing and Speaking)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong creative and problem-solving skills
Location:
- We prefer a Hybrid approach where possible. Our office is in Indiranagar Bangalore. But location is secondary to skills
